100 Mini Paintings Challenge ๐ŸŒบ Q1 Update

Tiny paintings =
big joy!

A fun creative challenge thats playful, freeing and accessible to do in your free time.

At the start of the year, I accepted a creative challenge: paint 100 mini watercolor pieces, in hopes of overcoming my perfectionistic tendencies (best of luck, am i right?). These tiny treasures are part of my ongoing journey to reconnect with daily art-making, explore playful color palettes, and celebrate the little details of nature that inspire me most. Each tiny canvas is just 3x3 inches and is filled with a lot of my favorites colors and favorite things.

to see a peek at my personal favorites from the first 25 paintings of the year โ€” theyโ€™re vibrant, nature-inspired, and perfectly pocket-sizedโ€ฆ

Each piece is a tiny window into the wild โ€” inspired by forest walks, blooming gardens, and quiet moments spent observing natureโ€™s wonders. Some of my favorites so far are the ones where I collected beach glass from the Tennessee Riverโ€™s rocky shores and painted my favorite pieces. These tiny watercolor paintings may be small, but theyโ€™re filled with magic of my memories.
