Moss Wreath Workshop at 49th State Brewing Co- Anchorage, Ak

moss wreath Workshop

Sharing the wonderfully green workshop I hosted at 49th State Brewing Co, where everyone created an incredible piece of natural artwork on a unique vine base to decorate their home for many seasons to come.

The Preserved Moss Wreath Workshop hosted at 49th State Brewing in Anchorage, Alaska was such a wonderful experience. It was wonderful to connect and create together, and then share a yummy meal after making a huge mess.

The inspiration behind the event was the incredible 150-square foot preserved moss wall that we created for 49th State Brewing, last year. The wall added a unique and natural touch to the space and served as a beautiful backdrop for our workshop. It was a dream come true to create such a vibrant natural display, and we're thrilled with how it turned out! We are excited to continue to explore new ways to incorporate preserved moss and other sustainable materials into our work.

Participants left with their very own preserved moss wreath to display in their homes for the holidays and beyond! The workshop was a great reminder of the endless possibilities when it comes to incorporating plants into our daily lives.

So grateful to everyone who joined us, and looking forward to our up-coming workshop series in January 2024: Houseplant Care to continue to share our passion for plants with the community of Anchorage, that we love so much!

One thing we love about hosting events here is THE FOOD. The food at 49th State Brewing is simply delicious! From their wood-fired pizzas to their mouth-watering vegan menu, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Not to mention, they have an impressive selection of craft beers that perfectly complement their menu. The brewery prides itself on using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and offering a menu that caters to a range of dietary preferences. If you're looking for a great spot to grab a bite to eat or a drink with friends, 49th State Brewing is the place to be.

Weโ€™re also proud to say that our Preserved Moss Workshop was a sustainable event. We used all-natural materials such as: preserved moss, grape vines, environmental grade adhesive and naturally preserved plants to create our moss art pieces. The great thing about preserved moss is it requires no maintenance, and you can enjoy the piece for years to come. You can learn more about Preserved Moss Care in this article. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do, and we're committed to creating events that are both fun and environmentally-friendly.
